RENTAL POLICY

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in time begins at 3:00 p.m. EST.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m. 

CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellations made 4 weeks before arrival date will get all their money back minus a $35.00 charge. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of their arrival date there will be no refund of any kind.

LOCK BOXES & KEYS

You will receive the lockbox key code via e-mail or phone. The key MUST remain in the lock box at all times when not in use. There will be a fee charged if key is not found in the lock box at time of check out.

REPEAT CUSTOMERS

If you are a repeat customer you will receive 10% off your next stay.

REFUNDS

All cabins will be inspected after each rental.  Everything will be checked to make sure its in working order before your arrival. If for some reason there is an equipment failure, we will make every effort to fix it promptly.  We will not be obligated to give refunds in the event of a temporary failure due to a power outage and  including television services. No refund will be given for early departures.

FIREPLACES 

From May through October 1, fireplaces are closed.

NO HOUSE PARTIES

If guests are found to be having a fairly large party in any of our cabins, everyone will be asked to vacate the rental property. No refunds will be given.

PETS

Pets are allowed and a non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged to bring your pet.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

Guests assume full responsibility for all damages, excessive cleaning charges, or any missing items including linens and towels.

HOT TUBS AND COVERS

Hot tubs will be inspected after each rental. Soaps and bubble baths are Prohibited in the Hot Tubs.  Damage to any cover will result in a $300 charge. Covers should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. Children under the age of 16, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions should not use the hot tubs.
