Husband and I enjoyed staying in this cabin in early October 2015. Most dog friendly cabins were booked, but we found this one. It's affordable, centrally located (literally minutes from EVERYWHERE you might want to go), cozy, cute, secluded, & mostly clean. Front porch swing & rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee with great mountain views. Back deck hot tub felt amazing for a romantic soak after days of 15+ miles of hiking or shopping. The only con was their were a couple cleaning issues with cob webs in ceilings & corners, & the blankets/throws throughout the house did need a good washing. I didnt mention that to the office; I just put the blankets away while we were there. We brought our own drinking water, but the sulfur well gave off no foul odor downstairs. Just a little odor in upstairs bathroom, but I expected that. Overall, a great trip and great cabin on a budget!

It was a perfect honeymoon! The cabin was clean and cozy with beautiful, relaxing views. It is close to town and easy to find, with a lovely mountain drive. ( for those not from a mountainous area, the cabin is on a pretty steep road and when slick could cause problems, but we had a bit of a rainy trip and were able to get a non 4-wheeled drive vehicle in out without problems) aside from highly recommending the cabin, Great Outdoor Rentals was a pleasure to work with. They responded quickly to email enquiries before we made our decision and were cheery and helpful when we called with a couple questions while on our trip. The office is even located just down the road. We hope someday, in the near future, to make it back.

We loved staying at this cabin. It was our 15th anniversary vacation. The view was great, it was secluded and the cabin was very nice. We felt at home the moment we walked in the door and so did our dog. Although she wasn't too sure about the small wolf statue upstairs she warmed up to her new friend. The only caution is that you should bring your own drinking water as the well water may take some getting used to. We are on a well at home also. Overall we had a great time at this little cabin and would recommend staying there, and we plan on going back.
